I am saying another opportunity because it may not be the first of its kind in liberia, but where such initiative may have not been such a broad and open source case for TIG-CLCWA, that anyone having the will to learn and start a new life by improving his/her understanding to ICT and technology as a driving force can be a beneficiary.......

In every part of every society now a day, ICT have been use to change, improve and reshape the way things generally used to be, in every aspect of human life. One can feel the impact of technolgy and ICT to be specific.

As an African and a Liberian youth, i consider it a very good opportnity this time that one can make use of, most especially where the cost of gaining access to computers and ICT base educations here in this contry is off the limit, due to the lack of supporting elements like Electricity and Limited Train personnels and Institutions

In this opportunity, youth will acquire this valuable knowledge that will gave them a worth of been useful to their peers and communities by doing something to make them independent by other means. It will also provide a tool for communication for youth and youth groups and leaderships, where information sharing can be made simpler and comprehensive.

The reality is that youth have talents and needs that communities can no longer afford to ignore. When the society fail to provide US - youth with support and opportunities, as adults WE may
- experience unemployment, have drug or alcohol problems, commit crimes, and become a drain on community resources.

Let's all make use of this OPPORTUNITY. This country also need more, which can not, with out the active inclussion and involvement of active and well motivated youth.......
